Q: MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: If the damage appears to be related to the shipping process, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product. If purchased through Amazon.com, you can initiate a return by clicking here and choosing 'Return or Replace items' next to your order -- make sure to note your reason for return as "The shipping box and item are both damaged" to qualify for a free shipping return.  If the damage appears to be pre-existing, please contact us so we can find out more.


Q: I PURCHASED A PETFUSION PRODUCT, WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ON CARE TIPS?
